Write the words you need to hear.

As I have said before, I’m at a point in the year where I am stressing more than normal. The busy season is coming at work. The days are getting shorter and that doesn’t help my (seasonal) depression. I want long days full of work and play, not shorter days that are getting colder.

I found a prompt today that I really like. It says to write the words you need to hear.

I feel like there are a lot of things that I need to hear right now.

-You are enough.

-You can do this.

-Be patient.

-It’s going to work out.

-You don’t need them.

-Be confident.

-Focus.

-Breathe.

-Work smarter, not harder.

-Don’t miss people who don’t miss you.

-Reign it in.

-Stop looking in the rearview.

-You’ve got this.
